Ecomadarsh is a Done-For-You Amazon business-building agency. We provide services including product research, feasibility analysis, sourcing coordination, quality control, logistics coordination, Amazon account and brand setup, listing creation, launch and scaling support, and 1-to-1 mentorship.

This website provides general information about our services. Actual client engagements are governed exclusively by a separately signed Client Services Agreement and the specific terms and quotations issued for each engagement. If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

2. No Guarantee of Results & Earnings Disclaimer

Building an Amazon business involves genuine commercial risk. Any revenue figures, targets or timelines on this website (including the ₹2–5 Lakh/month target within 90–120 days of launch) are targets our system is engineered toward, not promises or guarantees. Results depend on product selection, capital deployed, market conditions, marketplace policies and factors outside anyone's control. You may earn less than the stated targets, and you may lose capital. Nothing on this website is financial, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions and should assess your risk tolerance before engaging any service. 3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults (18+) with genuine commercial intent and adequate working capital. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.

4. Client Ownership

Where stated on this website, "100% ownership" means that in a client engagement, the Amazon seller account, brand, trademark and inventory are registered in the client's name. Operational access is granted to Ecomadarsh solely to perform the contracted services, as detailed in the Client Services Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos, the Ecomadarsh name and mark, our training materials and methodology descriptions — is the property of Ecomadarsh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
