GETTING STARTED
Do I need any Amazon or e-commerce experience?
No prior experience is required. Our Done-For-You system is designed specifically for investors and professionals looking for a hands-off approach. We manage the heavy lifting while you oversee the business.
How much time will this take from me each month?
Expect to spend about 2-4 hours per month. Your primary role is reviewing and approving decisions, such as product feasibility and capital deployment. We handle the daily operations.
I live outside India — can I work with you?
Yes, we work with clients globally. You can manage your Amazon business from anywhere in the world, while we handle the sourcing, logistics, and account management.
Is this a course or a service?
This is a full-service, Done-For-You agency model. We do not sell courses. You are hiring a dedicated team to build, launch, and manage your Amazon business.

How much capital do I need?
Ideal working capital: ₹10 Lakh+ (approx. $12,000+)
What does the working capital actually cover?
Your working capital covers inventory purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, shipping, DDP logistics, and Amazon PPC advertising. This capital is invested directly into your business – inventory, manufacturing, logistics and advertising. It is separate from our service fees, which are discussed on call.
What are your service fees?
Service fees are discussed exclusively on a discovery call. We first need to understand your financial goals, available capital, and alignment before quoting any agency fees.
Who owns the business, the brand and the inventory?
You own 100% of the business. The Amazon account, brand, trademark, and physical inventory are entirely in your name and under your control. We act strictly as your operational team.
Do you take any ownership stake or revenue share?
No. We take 0% equity and 0% revenue share. You retain full ownership and all profits generated by your business.
THE PROCESS & TIMELINES
What happens after I sign up?
You will be assigned a dedicated 1-to-1 mentor who is an active Amazon seller. We immediately begin product research, which takes 10-15 days, followed by a feasibility presentation for your approval.
How long until my product is live on Amazon?
Product research takes 10-15 days. Once approved, sourcing, manufacturing, and DDP delivery take 45-60 days from factory to doorstep. The Amazon listing typically goes live before the stock arrives.
What if no product passes the feasibility calculator?
We continue searching. Every product must pass our strict in-house feasibility calculator. We never deploy capital on subpar products just to hit timelines.
Can I reject a product you recommend?
Absolutely. You have the final say. Capital is only deployed after you review and approve the feasibility verdict for a given product.
When does my capital actually get deployed?
Your capital is deployed only when you officially approve a product's feasibility report. It is then used directly for manufacturing and logistics.
When do I start seeing revenue?
Sales typically begin as soon as your listing goes life. Our system is engineered to target ₹2-5 Lakh per month within 90-120 days of launch – a target, never guarantee.
SOURCING & QUALITY
Where do you source products from?
We have a dedicated in-house China sourcing division. Our team handles factory negotiation, manufacturing oversight, strict quality control, and direct DDP logistics to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Do you push products from a catalog?
No. We conduct a fresh, custom supplier search for every single product. We do not use pre-made catalogs or recycle products among clients.
How do you control manufacturing quality?
Our China division implements strict Quality Control (QC) protocols at the factory level before goods are shipped. This ensures you only receive inventory that meets Amazon's standards.
What happens if inventory arrives damaged or defective?
Quality issues are handled firmly under our service terms. We coordinate the replacement or refund of any affected inventory directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
MENTORSHIP & SUPPORT
Who is my mentor and what do they do?
Every client gets a dedicated 1-to-1 mentor who is an active, successful Amazon seller-operator. They guide your strategy, answer your questions, and oversee your account's growth.
When can I reach my mentor?
Your mentor is available Monday through Sunday. You have direct access to them for strategy discussions and operational updates.
Will I learn how Amazon works, or stay in the dark?
While we do the heavy lifting, you will not stay in the dark. Your mentor ensures complete transparency, explaining the "why" behind every decision so you understand your business.

We analyze your capital, goals, and the product's feasibility data. The choice of marketplace is driven purely by where the data shows the highest probability of profitable scaling.
Who handles international registrations, tax and compliance?
We guide you step-by-step through all registrations, including GST, trademarks, KYC, and entity/tax requirements. However, you execute these filings in your own name to maintain 100% ownership.
