Please carefully review our Cancellation and Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for our online pre-recorded programs under special circumstances. Customers have up to 7 days to request a refund provided they've watched the entire program, implemented its teachings, and can provide sufficient proof of unsatisfactory results.

2. Non-refundable Services: All services, with the exception of pre-recorded training programs/courses, are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process: For a refund request, send a written application with all necessary proofs to support@ecomadarsh.com. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method through the payment gateway. In the case of cash transactions, the final decision rests with our management.
